Yaringa is a delightful beach house in quiet Barwon Heads location, away from the main street bustle, but a nice leisurely walk to the main street, or couple of minutes drive to the main street shops, restaurants, supermarket, cafes, parks, river and beach life in Barwon Heads. 5 minute drive to Ocean Grove, 15-20 minute drive to Geelong, Torquay, Pt. Lonsdale, Queenscliffe, St. Leonards, Indented Heads, Portarlington, Geelong Adventure Park, Red Brick Cider House, Olive Groves and Bellarine Peninsula Wineries. One hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. Park your car when you arrive and enjoy the serenity at “Yaringa” or enjoy exploring the gems on the Bellarine Peninsula.
Yaringa has 3 bedrooms, main with queen bed, 2nd with queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a couchbed for an extra guest.
Sleeping 6-8 people in comfort and style, the house has 1 bathroom which includes shower, bath and toilet, there is also an outdoor shower to wash off the sand and salt, after a visit to the beach. The modern galley kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, platters and small appliances to cater for holiday stays. The living area includes TV, DVD, split system heating/cooling, and is comfortably furnished. The laundry includes washing machine and dryer. Outdoors there is BBQ, pizza oven and outdoor seating set in large private, quiet fully fenced garden. There is access to the garage, and room for 2 cars, boat, offstreet.
A great holiday house for couples or a family to enjoy what Barwon Heads and the Bellarine Peninsula have to offer.
