It's a short drive to the historic town of Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards, the Bellarine coastal drive, Ocean Grove Pool complex and the marvellous Geelong Adventure Park - great for the kids and loads of fun. Just a one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. A great location to enjoy exploring the Bellarine Peninsula and all its treasures, or just staying put in 'Walk to Beach & Shops' and enjoying your idealic holiday location.

'Walk to Beach & Shops' comprises 2 bedrooms, both with WWC and BIRs. This neat & tidy 2 bedroom unit is located within walking distance to the local shopping centre, beach & transport. Both bedrooms feature built in robes & are carpeted. Bedroom 1 with 1 x queen size bed & bedroom 2 with 2 x single beds & trundle. Lounge room & kitchen with floor boards. Lounge room is complete with plasma TV, DVD player & reverse cycle air conditioning. Super kitchen with stainless steel underbench oven and gas hotplates with rangehood, updated cabinetry and full length breakfast bar.

The open plan living area features light colour schemes complimented by polished timber floors.

Heating and cooling is via a Panasonic Split System Inverter and there is also a wall mounted Panasonic Flat Screen TV. Neat bathroom with separate WC. Designated off street car park very close to the unit. Bathroom with shower over the bath. Separate laundry with washing machine. Rear access is available from the laundry outside to the shared
communal clothes line. Car space is available as well as off street parking. Out the front of the premises is a small decking area with a high fence to allow for some privacy. Has table, seating and outdoor grill.
