Property description

The Moorings, a family friendly holiday house located 2 minute drive to central St. Leonards, beach, shops, park, pier, etc or 10 minute walk to these areas. 15 minute drive to Portarlington, Indented Head, Queenscliffe, Geelong, Pt. Lonsdale, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, 40 minute drive to Torquay and just over an hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. A great place for a family to stop and explore the Bellarine Peninsula for annual leave, school holidays or short week-end break.

The Moorings has 3 bedrooms, main with queen bed and single bed, 2nd with double bed and single bed, 3rd with double bed. There is one bathroom to support the bedrooms and a separate toilet. The main kitchen, dining and living area is well furnished and fitted out with TV, DVD and video, there is also a chest freezer for your fishing catch to be stored. The main living area has wood heater and reverse cycle heating and air conditioning. The kitchen includes microwave, coffee maker, upright oven/hotplates – new, refrigerator, jug, toaster and ample crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, platters etc to cater for a comfortable family stay. Outdoors there is a fully fenced back yard and fully fenced front yard, BBQ and two outdoor tables.

There is ample off street parking for cars and a boat if needed with high front fence to the property. The laundry has washing machine and dryer. The Moorings is a great family holiday home with everything you need for a comfortable family stay.

Pet friendly – outside, fully fenced front and back yard.

Dec/Jan - $1495 pw
Feb - April - $995 pw
May - Nov - $750 pw
Week-ends all year 2 or 3 nights
$250 per night - min. 2 night stay
Easter $995 for 4 night stay
Short says of min 4 weeks - 90 days
$550 per week includes all services
Please Note: Minimum 7 night stay over new year period that includes New Year's Eve/New Year's Day.
Please Note: Bookings accepted for families and mature groups only. Strictly no schoolies or groups under the age of 25.
