Villa Bancoora is a modern family holiday home in new Barwon Heads and close to river walks, fishing and boating of the Barwon estuary. It's a short drive to the historic town of Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards, the Bellarine coastal drive, Ocean Grove Pool complex and the marvellous Geelong Adventure Park - great for the kids and loads of fun. Just a one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. A great location to enjoy exploring the Bellarine Peninsula and all its treasures.
Tariff:
Dec/Jan - $2500 - $2750 pw
Feb - April - $1995 pw
Easter = 4 nights - $1600
Min 4 night Stay, $390 per night
Please Note: minimum 7 night stay over new year period that includes New Year's Eve/New Year's Day.
BYO sheets and towels or call office for linen pack provided at $30 per person to provide linen and make up beds for your arrival. Doonas, pillows and covers provided.

Villa Bancoora is a very modern, 4 bedroom beach house ideally set up for couples or two families. Main bedroom is large with sitting area, TV and has queen bed and ensuite, 2nd bedroom has queen bed, 3rd and 4th bedrooms have two single beds in each all serviced by two bathrooms. The kitchen, dining, living, table tennis area is well set up, spacious, and includes fabulous stone bench kitchen, European oven and ample crockery, cutlery, glasses, platters, microwave and dishwasher to cater for holiday stays. To keep you warm in winter and cool in summer there is split system heating and air conditioning. Living area is complete with TV, DVD, video, stereo, relaxing couches, these areas overlook decking with outdoor furniture, bbq and fully fenced yard. Villa Bancoora beach house is an ideal holiday destination for couples or 2 family or extended family holidays and week-end stays.
Villa Bancoora is spacious, modern, clean and fully self contained. Close to everything, but situated in a quiet court, for peaceful summer stays.
