Forget the car, everything is just a 5 minute stroll away; beach, river, cafe, restaurants and parks. The Beach Pad is a short drive to the historic town of Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards, the Bellarine coastal drive and the fantastic Geelong Adventure Park. Just a one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.
The Beach Pad is slick, well thought out four bedroom home is the perfect mix of open plan living, kitchen with brekky bar and modern fittings and fixtures. Plus, an enormous all important deck, with undercover dining for 8 and built in BBQ. A stunning glass link connects the luxurious master bedroom which opens on to more deck, complete with WIR and en suite with beautiful walk in shower. There is a 2nd double bedroom with study nook, 2nd bathroom with bath and 2 single bedrooms. A sunroom-playroom with 2nd TV and comfy day bed is situated conveniently off the main living. Perfect for the kids or to sneak away from the action with a quiet book. There is a classic outdoor shower for that end of day rinse off and gorgeous front deck with chairs and table for your morning cuppa or sunset vino. There are ceiling fans in the master bedroom and living area plus split system air con. Linen and towels included and full laundry facilities. Various configurations of adults and children will suit.
