Guest comments: We stayed for 4 nights to visit family nearby. 2 block walk to the main strip for coffee/supermarket/restaurants. A further 10 minute walk to the beach. Easy 15 minute drive to Adventure Park and easy drive to Queenscliff or Barwon Heads. Property had everything we needed and was clean, tidy and very well kept. Bedrooms were a great size and the ceiling fans were much appreciated. Large front yard for the kids to play in. Very quiet. There were some books in the lounge room that you could read and a very well equipped kitchen. Washing machine and clothes line came in very handy. Summer Dreams - A hidden gem in central Ocean Grove, short walk to Ocean Grove main street shops or Madeley Street shops, few minutes ealk to Ocean Grove main patrolled beach. 10 min drive to Barwon Heads and River park with sandy beach. 15-20 minute drive to Geelong, Torquay, Pt. Lonsdale, Queenscliffe, Portarlington, St. Leonards, Indented Head, Geelong Adventure Park, Red Brick Cider Co, and a vast array of vineyards and olive groves. 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road – a great spot to relax and explore the wonderful Bellarine Peninsula, or just stay at Summer Dreams for a relaxing break.
Summer Dreams - a quaint original Ocean Grove Beach House which has been lovingly restored with comfort and style in mind. The house is situated on a large block with front grassed area and fenced back yard. Summer Dreams has 3 bedrooms, main with queen bed and single day bed, 2nd bedroom has double bed, and 3rd bedroom includes 2 single beds. Enough accommodation for 6 or 7 people. There is one bathroom to support the bedrooms, the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas are well furnished and fitted out and include TV, stereo, radio and CD. Gas heating and reverse cycle air conditioning in lounge area. The kitchen is well fitted out with microwave oven, dishwasher, full size fridge/freezer, oven, stove top, kettle, toaster, etc, high chair and ample crockery, cutlery, platters, glasses etc. to cater for week-end or holiday stays. Laundry includes washing machine and dryer. Outdoors there is outdoor furniture and BBQ for relaxation and summer entertaining. Spare shampoo, conditioner, body wash and coffee pods are in the linen cupboard.

Summer Dreams caters for week-end, weekly and short stay bookings of 1-6 months.
Tariff:
Dec/Jan - $2650 pw
Feb-April - $1995 pw
May-Nov - $1495 pw
Weekends x 2 or 3 nights all year - $350 per night
Easter x 4 nights - $1500
Short 1-6 month stays fully furnished April - Nov - $650 per week. Inc. $60/month for electricity, water and gas.
Please Note: Minimum 7 night stay over new year period that includes New Year's Eve/New Year's Day.
Please Note: Bookings accepted for families and mature groups only. Strictly no schoolies or groups under the age of 25.
