Shade on Carr - an original Barwon Heads Holiday home in a prime location. Enjoy the native trees and birds in this shady enclave that is so close to the river estuary where you can swim, fish or take long walks the shores amid the wide open spaces. It's a short drive to the historic town of Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards, the Bellarine coastal drive, Ocean Grove Pool complex, Flying Brick Cyder resort and the marvellous Geelong Adventure Park - great for the kids and loads of fun. Just a one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. A great location to enjoy exploring the Bellarine Peninsula and all its treasures, or just staying put in Shade on Carr and enjoying your idealic holiday location.

Shade on Carr has 3 bedrooms, main with queen bed, 2nd with queen bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. The bedrooms are supported by one bathroom which includes shower, bath and 1 toilet. Accommodates 6.
The kitchen is complete with Ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and good supply of saucepans, crockery, cutlery, glasses and platters to cater for week-end or holiday stays. The living area includes TV, DVD, stereo, open fire and split system heating/cooling. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. The house includes large decks on 3 sides of the house that include outdoor furniture and umbrella for lazy summer days. The fenced yard is shaded with mature trees and grassed area.
Shade on Carr is an ideal holiday home in quiet area for families, couples or singles to enjoy a few days, week-end or week stay to take in all the Bellarine Peninsula has to offer.

Dec - $1995 pw
Jan - $2450 pw
Feb - April - $1695 pw
May - Nov - $995 pw
Week-ends = 2 nights or 3 nights
1/11 - 30/4 - $300 per night
1/5 - 30/10 - $285 per night
Easter x 4 nights - $1200
Please Note: minimum 7 night stay over new year period that includes New Year's Eve/New Year's Day.
BYO sheets and towels, doonas, pillows and their covers are provided.
Or call office for linen pack provided at $30 per person to provide linen and make up beds for your arrival.
