Punt House is a charming two bedroom house, situated just off main street in Barwon Heads. Ideal really as it's just a few minutes walk to any of your favourite activities - the beach, river, restaurants, bakery, pub, supermarket, and the many attractions Barwon Heads has to offer, and it's located in quiet street.
Punt House is a short drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards and the Bellarine coastal drive, and one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. Alternatively, you don't really need the car once you are here, you can walk everywhere and relax in our seaside village. A fantastic location to stay in Barwon Heads.
Tariff:
Dec/Jan - $2100 pw
Feb - April - $1495 pw
$300 per night weekends all year
Feb - Nov - $250 per night mid week
Please Note: minimum 7 night stay over new year period that includes New Year's Eve/New Year's Day.
BYO sheets and towels or phone office for linen pack at $30pp ready for when you arrive.

Punt House has two bedrooms, main with queen bed, 2nd with a double bed and a single available, there is one bathroom which includes bath and shower, and one toilet. The living area is large and very well furnished and fitted out and includes TV, DVD, Foxtel and WIFI, stereo and overlooks the large fenced yard with outdoor furniture and BBQ, cubby house, and lovely shade sail. Also outdoors is a heated shower to wash off after trip to beach. There is split system heating and air conditioning and fireplace. The kitchen and dining area is well furnished and fitted out and includes microwave and dishwasher and ample crockery and cutlery to cater for holiday stays. This spacious 2 bedroom cottage is a lovely place for a family to stay in Barwon Heads in comfort and style, and only a few minutes walk to everything. Position, position position…
