Golfer's Retreat, prime location, few minutes walk to Barwon Heads Golf Club, 10 minute walk to main street shops, restaurants, supermarket, parks, and all Barwon Heads has to offer. Has great views of the Barwon Heads Golf Club Course.
15-20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, St. Leonards, Portarlington and all the special spots on the Bellarine Peninsula. 15-20 minute drive to the Bellarine wineries, Olive Groves, Geelong Adventure Park, Red Brick Cider House, and a variety of boutique Breweries. One hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Grove. Park your car when you arrive and walk everywhere, or hop in the car and explore.

Golfer's Retreat is one of Barwon Heads earlier holiday homes in fantastic location. The bathrooms and kitchens are newly renovated and the house has lovely views over the golf course.
Golfer's Retreat has 3 bedrooms, main with queen bed, 2nd with 2 single beds, and 3rd with two sets of bunks and a cot. There are 2 bathrooms to support the bedrooms, these include showers, bath and two toilets. A laundromat is located close by.
The house sleeps 8 or sleeps 9 including the cot. The kitchen is well fitted out with appliances, crockery, cutlery, dishwasher etc., and all you need to cater for holiday/week-end stays. The kitchen, dining and living area is open plan light and bright, comfortable and includes Apple TV, ducted heating, kids games and books. Outside there is deck, fenced yard, carport, and ample off street parking for 2/3 cars. The house is clean and comfortable, a great place to relax and enjoy all that Barwon Heads and the Bellarine Peninsula has to offer.
