Beachside is a home away from home, you'll feel comfortable as soon as you step in the door such is the relaxed ambiance of this thoughtfully designed holiday home. It's a stunning 4 bedroom place in a prime location in Barwon Heads. Just a few minutes walk to beach, river, restaurants, bakery, pub, supermarket, and the many attractions Barwon Heads has to offer, and it's located in quiet street. Beachside is a short drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington olive groves and wineries, St. Leonards and the Bellarine coastal drive, and one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. Alternatively, you don't really need the car once you are here, you can walk everywhere.

Beachside, has 4 bedrooms, main bedroom with parent's retreat, ensuite, built in robes and overhead fan, and queen bed, 2nd bedroom has double bed with built in robes, 3rd bedroom has single bunk bed (2) and built in robes, 4th bedroom has trio bunk (double bed on bottom, single bed on top), and single trundle bed. The bedrooms sleep total of 10 in comfort and are supported by two bathrooms, one Balinese style, including two toilets.
The living area has reverse cycle air conditioning and mobile oil convection heater which can be moved around as required. Living area includes TV, DVD, stereo, and is tastefully furnished and fitted out for family holidays and week-ends. The kitchen is a chef’s kitchen with 5 burner gas stove and electric oven, microwave and is fully equipped with all the crockery, cutlery, glasses and platters etc required for family stays. Laundry is complete with washing machine and dryer. Outdoor deck is furnished with outdoor seating for 8 complete with BBQ lovely sunny area. Beachside is ideal for two families or extended family holidays and week-end stays. Fantastic location, very well furnished and fitted out to cater for the needs of holiday tenants.
