Augusta, a wonderful two story holiday residence situated at 13th Beach Golf Club Estate, use of clubhouse for meals, coffee etc is an added bonus. This is a great location if you play golf or want a secluded holiday venue in modern accommodation which offers all the comforts (and more) of home. It’s an ideal spot to be based to explore the Bellarine Peninsula’s wineries, farm produce and Geelong Adventure Park for the kids. It’s also within easy reach of the historic seas-side towns of Queenscliff and Portarlington. There’s plenty of variety to fill up a week here and then there’s also Lorne and the Great Ocean Road just an hour away!
Tariff:

Week-ends = 2 nights
All year - $800

Augusta has 4 bedrooms, main with queen bed, 2nd with 4 single bunk beds, 3rd and 4th bedrooms have double beds. Ideally set up for two families or 4 couples to enjoy the golf location, and holidays or week-ends in Barwon Heads. The living area has TV, DVD, and stereo, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and ample crockery, cutlery and glasses to cater for holiday stays. Outdoors there is BBQ and outdoor seating for lazy summer days.
Laundry is equipped with washing machine and dryer. There is gas log fire heating for the cooler months. The 4 bedrooms are supported by two bathrooms and these include shower, bath and SPA, there are two toilets at the property. Augusta is a very well appointed holiday venue, well equipped and furnished in a peaceful garden setting.
