Studio One is a brand new luxury townhouse comprising 3 bedrooms, 1 queen double bedroom (main) upstairs, 2nd bedroom with double bed, and 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and trundle, sleeping a total of 7 persons in comfort and style.

Peak - 20/12 - 31/1 - $2695 pw - min. 7 night bookings
Shoulder - Feb/March/April - $2150 pw
Easter weekly $2650 - min. 4 night bookings
Week-ends Feb/March/April/Easter - $400 per night. Min 3 night stay.
Please Note: minimum 7 night stay over new year period that includes New Year's Eve/New Year's Day.
