Trevally House, a brilliantly light and sunny, modern beach house, 10 minute walk to beach and shops, 15-20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, and Portarlington Olive Groves and Wineries. 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

Trevally House has 3 bedrooms, a master with a queen bed, walk in robe and en suite, 2nd with double bed and 3rd with two single beds, there's also a double ottoman bed in the formal living room sleeping a total of 8 in comfort and style. Trevally House is designer furnished and fitted out in modern hues and offers everything you need for a fantastic holiday break. There are outdoor decks to the back and side of the house, outdoor furniture and bbq set amongst trees and a peaceful garden setting. You can also see the ocean reclining in the double hammock on the back decking. The kitchen is well decked out with crockery, cutlery, and glasses for all your holiday needs. There's a 40" LCD TV including dvd in the family room with a TV in the formal dinning room. A sunny dining area captures the winter sun while eating breakfast. Ducted heating throughout.

And for those warm summer nights there is air conditioning to kitchen/living areas/master bedroom, and portable units to other bedrooms.

This executive holiday house is spacious, and is a delightful venue for a summer holiday or weekend break.
