Talbot is a delightful holiday house in prime location, few steps from the river and minutes walk to main street shops, restaurants, bakery, hotel, supermarket. 15-20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington Olive Groves and Wineries. One hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. Park your car when you arrive and walk everywhere.

Talbot is set amongst local native trees in a pleasant setting has 4 bedrooms, main and 2nd with queen bed, 3rd with two single beds which can be zipped together to make king bed and a 4th with single bed/teen sitting area. there is one bathroom with shower and bath and one toilet. The house has gas heating, and fans in all bedrooms for cooling. The treed garden around the house provides good shade in summer, and river breezes offer welcome respite from the summer sun on shaded north facing deck complete with garden furniture for 8 persons, and bbq. The kitchen/dining/living area has tv, dvd and kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and furnished with crockery, cutlery, glasses for 12 and ample cooking equipment. Talbot is recently renovated, well presented with polished boards, good furniture, comfortable and fully self contained, an ideal location and set up for family holidays, couples or extended family groups looking for ideal family accommodation.

Do you like to take it easy when you go to the beach? Well, Talbot is the place for you! No sandy, hot, clammy trips in the car to the beach here, no fiddling with sunshades, no hot steering wheels, no baked babies or grumpy kids - literally walk out the front door and you're at the beach - wonderful...

Week-ends 2-3 nights
1/12 – 30/4 - $300 per night
1/5 – 30/11 - $250 per night

Min 2 night stay at most properties
