Sunset House boasts 3 queen size double bedrooms, and a 4th bedroom or study has a double futon couch bed and a tv/video. The House accommodates up to 8 in comfort and style. Kitchen dining and living areas flow from one another, and are furnished with quality furnishings. There is a large back lawn and garden setting, and the house has 2 televisions, dvd, video, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, dryer, bbq, outdoor setting on deck, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. The house has electric space heating and air conditioning for summer months.
