 Summer House is a lovely 3 bedroom beach house in the heart of Barwon Heads, 10 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, river, beach, supermarket, close to the holiday buzz, but located in a quiet street where you can enjoy a holiday break in peace and quiet. 20 minutes to Geelong, Queenscliff, Portarlington, Tourquay, 1 hour to Lorne, a great base for you to explore the Bellarine Peninsula.
Summer House has 3 bedrooms, one king double, 2nd with set of bunks and single bed, and 3rd with two single beds, sleeping a total of 7. The house is very light and sunny, and well furnished, is fully self contained, and fitted with everything to make your holiday stay an enjoyable one. There is a bbq and outdoor furniture for outdoor living, and an enclosed sun room with dining table which seats 10. The back treed yard backs on to parkland so you are not built out and can enjoy the greenery the open land offers.
