Summer House is a recently renovated holiday home in Barwon Heads offering 5 bedrooms and two living areas of comfort and style, stunning views, modern decor, easy relaxed living for families with two living areas and accommodating 11 persons. The main bedroom has king bed, 2nd bedroom double bed, 3rd bedroom has single bed, 4th bedroom has bunks (2) 5th room has single bed, there is also single bed in downstairs kids living area, and 2 stretcher beds available for the odd child or visitor. The bedrooms are supported by 2 bathrooms, including ensuite, and 3 toilets.

Summer House has polished boards throughout, and has tv (2) dvd, video, stereo, and kitchen is complete with dishwasher and microwave, large fridge and all the crockery, cutlery and glasses you need for a holiday stay. There is ample heating/cooling with fire and electric heating and split system air conditioning. Fully equipped laundry and outdoor area with bbq and outdoor furniture completes the picture. The yard is fenced for kids to play and Summer House is very roomy and ideally caters for two families, or extended family groups.

This stunning modern holiday home has lovely views from upstairs living area and is ideally located in a quiet court, but only minutes walk to town.
