St. Ives, a total surprise package, behind the 80's exterior lies a fantastic refurbished summer beach retreat... 5-10 minute walk to the centre of town or to the beach, 15-20 minute drive to Geelong, Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Portarlington Olive Groves and Wineries. 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

St. Ives has two large bedrooms and a huge rumpus room with couch beds, two large living areas, and garden courtyard fenced with outdoor furniture and bbq leading from the main kitchen dining, living area. The main bedroom has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has queen bed and bunks, the rumpus room has double couch bed, and 2nd living area has double couch bed, sleeping total of 8 persons, with plenty of space to move. There is one bathroom and separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen with all the crockery glasses and cutlery needed to support your holiday break. The rumpus room has table tennis table and a good supply of games for holiday enjoyment.

St. Ives has recently been renovated, pained, re-carpeted and re-tiled in ocean blue tones and is furnished with quality furniture and fittings with clean fresh beach style. The garden courtyard has outdoor furniture to seat 8 and gas bbq for those lazy summer barbeques. St. Ives is a fantastic summer getaway for couples or two families with plenty of living space to cater for a comfortable holiday, and only 10-15 minute walk to shops and beach.
