House. Park your car when you arrive and walk everywhere unless you
want to drive to Queenscliff, Portarlington, Geelong, Tourquay, all 15
-20 minute drive, or a one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

has 3 bedrooms, 2 queen doubles and one bedroom
with two single beds, 2 bathrooms, and two
living areas, extensive decking to outside,
for those balmy summer nights. Outdoor furniture
and bbq complete the picture for summer living.
Seaview 47 has a fully equipped kitchen, tv,
dvd, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, washing
machine, 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, 2 toilets.
Split system heating and air conditioning completes
the comfort picture.
Seaview 47 is beautifully decorated to cater for the fussiest of guests
and is spotlessly clean - all our properties are professionally cleaned
between bookings.

950 - $1995 weekly
$250 - $350 per night week-ends
4 nights for price of 3 midweek from July to October

Min 2 nights stay at most properties
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking, this can
be paid by credit card, internet banking, or cheque to our
office. Balance due on check in by any of the above options,
or week prior to check in by any of the above options.
