Seagull House is everyone’s dream holiday house few minutes walk to the Blue Waters Lake, 15-20 minute walk to Ocean Grove Shops and beach, 15-20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington Olive Groves and Wineries. 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

Seagull House is an family holiday house sleeping 14-16 people – There are 3 queen double bedrooms, with queen beds, 4th bedroom has two single beds, 5th bedroom has 6 singles and couch bed. Supporting these bedrooms are two bathrooms, with shower and bath available, together with 3 toilets. Seagull house is on two levels, with 4 bedrooms upstairs, and the singles room downstairs. There is tv, dvd, stereo to living area, the kitchen has microwave and dishwasher, the laundry has washingmachine and dryer.

Outdoors there is bbq and outdoor seating for those balmy summer nights. There is wood fire and gas heating for cooler months, and fans for summer months, as the house is surrounded by beautiful gum trees, the house is a shaded retreat in summer. Seagul house is a fantastic holiday destination for extended family groups, or couples wanting a secluded, peaceful and fun holiday retreat.

Min 2 night stay at most properties
