Split system air conditioning and gas ducted heating with a gas log fireplace for your year round comfort. The laundry is complete with washing machine and dryer. A games room leads off the kitchen/dining/living area, with lots of machines to play, a billiard/air hockey table, pin ball and others.

A second living area is located upstairs, complete with tv & dvd and small balcony.
