River View is a large 7 bedroom, 45 sq house with heaps of off road parking, catering for large family groups (wedding guests) extended family groups and couples requiring a large house for holiday or week-end stays. The main bedroom has queen bed, 2nd bedroom queen bed, 3rd bedroom queen bed, 4th bedroom queen bed, 5th bedroom queen bed, 6th bedroom 2 single beds, 7th bedroom is a bunk room with 4 sets of bunks. Main bedroom has ensuite with spa, and the house has a total of 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Most bedrooms have large built in wardrobes. River View sleeps a total of 20 persons in comfort and style.

River View is centrally heated and has overhead fans for summer stays. The two living areas include TVs, DVDs and stereos. There are two extensive living areas well furnished and fitted out and a games room. The kitchen/dining/living area has microwave, dishwasher, and is fitted out with ample crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans to cater for your stay. The laundry has washing machine and dryer. Outdoors there is an outdoor setting and BBQ area which is fenced and is a play area for children. Situated on an acre block of land overlooking grassed front lawn, River View is an ideal destination specifically suited to family groups, and your dog is welcome outside.

River View is an amazing house with views from upstairs balcony of the Barwon River and Barwon Heads Bluff, close to Ocean Grove Golf Club, boat launching ramp, and a great base for you to explore the Bellarine Peninsula and all it has to offer.
