Pelican Waters, is a delightful 3 bedroom apartment situated near the lake in Ocean Grove, few minutes drive to beach, river, restaurants, supermarket....local shops few minutes walk. 15-20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, and Portarlington wineries and olive groves. 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

Pelican Waters has 3 bedrooms, two double bedrooms and 3rd bedroom with single and trundle, sleeping total of 7 persons.... the apartment is light, modern, new, and fully self contained. There are two bathrooms, two toilets, shower and bath, to support the 3 bedrooms. There is gas ducted heating, and refrigerated ducted air conditioning, tv, dvd, stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay and complete with dishwasher, microwave and sufficient crockery, cutlery and glasses for your stay. The laundry has washing machine and dryer and outdoors there is bbq and outdoor seating for lazy summer days. Pelican Waters is a great summer holiday location, light, bright, modern holiday accommodation in the centre of Ocean Grove.

Everything about this holiday home is crisp, from the paint to the furnishings and the garden, you too will feel new again after staying here for a few days.
