Pelican Landing has 3 large bedrooms, main with king size bed and 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms with queen beds, there are two folding beds in the master bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms which include showers and bath, and 3 toilets to support the 3 bedrooms. The kitchen has dishwasher and microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and glasses to cater for your every need. The living area includes tv, dvd, video, stereo, foxtel, and is furnished with comfort and style complete with river views. Outdoors there is bbq and outdoor seating for balmy summer stays. The laundry has washing machine and dryer.

Pelican Landing is a great destination for all weathers, week-end or weekly stays. The apartment is clean, comfortable and fully self contained, and is right on river walking path, golf club, boat launching ramps, restaurant/bistro at golf club, coffee shop/takeaway food shop close by.
