Pelican House is a great family holiday house with 4 bedrooms, main bedroom with queen size bed and spa bath for those long relaxing evenings, 2nd bedroom queen size bed, 3rd bedroom double bed, 4th bedroom with double bed plus bunks there is also couch bed for the odd over night guest. Three of the bedrooms have electric heater panels. The kitchen/dining/living has reverse cycle air conditioning as well as electric panel heaters and the area overlooks the upstairs deck & river with outdoor furniture a relaxing summer spot to relax. Outdoors on the ground level is pool, outdoor seating area (roofed) bbq, in a private garden setting complete kennel for the dog. There are two kitchens, upstairs main kitchen and downstairs kitchenette a great place to make coffee and spend some quiet time opposite 2nd living area. The main kitchen upstairs is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils to cater for family stays. The downstairs kitchen is set up as a kitchenette, both kitchens have microwave, main kitchen has dishwasher. The living rooms feature 2 t.v’s. 2 dvd’s, video, stereo, magazines, books games etc. The laundry has a washing machine. The yard and pool are fully fenced and provide safe environment for children. There is also space for boat and trailer, and ample off street and on street parking.

Pelican House is extremely well furnished and fitted out to cater for the most fastidious holiday maker, and is a perfect destination for families, couples and extended family groups.
