Pelican Cove - delightful beach holiday home at the waters edge in Portarlington, views from You Yangs to Melbourne to around Geelong Bay. 3 minute drive to Portarlington main street shops, restaurants, supermarket, and pubs, few steps and you are in the water........5 minute drive to Portarlington Wineries, Olive Groves, Mussels at the Pier, and minute drive to boat ramps.

15 – 20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, and 30 minute drive to Tourquay. 1.25 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

Pelican Cove is a stunning family holiday home comprising 3 bedrooms, main with queen bed, 2nd with queen bed and 3rd with set of bunks.....there are two spare mattresses for the odd overnight guest to stay. There are 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets to support the bedrooms, these include shower, bath, and spa bath. The living area has tv, dvd, and stereo surround sound, kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, and ample crockery and cutlery to cater for your stay. There is electric wall heating downstairs and gas heating upstairs and air conditioning upstairs.

Outdoors there is outdoor seating for 8 upstairs and for 6 downstairs, and bbq for lazy summer bbq days. The back yard is fenced and the front yard has grass to the sand and waters edge.

Lovely views, sunsets and right on the waters edge...... park your car when you arrive and enjoy the seclusion of Ramblers Road.
