Barwon River - BGH Park House - a contemporary, cottage style and aesthetically pleasing holiday house of generous proportions in a wonderful natural setting adjacent to parkland. It's a very short drive to either Ocean Grove Shopping Centres or the beach and river and a 15-20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay and Portarlington Wineries and Olive Groves. 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

Park House has a warm feeling about its decor and design. A modern family holiday home with 3 bedrooms sleeping a total of 7 persons in comfort and style. Main bedroom has double bed with ensuite and walk in robe, 2nd has double bed with walk-in robe and additional folding bed plus over-looking the rear garden. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed with walk-in robe and overlooks the park. So, lovely views all round!

There are two bathrooms supporting the 3 bedrooms, and two toilets...... the kitchen has all the modern conveniences incl. microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and glasses for your holiday stay. The dining room has elegant seating for six. Living area has tv, dvd, video and stereo. Outside there is fantastic outdoor area with table, chairs for 9 and a bbq, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Park House has gas heating for cooler months and reverse cycle air conditioning for the warmer summer months.
