Osprey is less than 5 minute walk
to beach via back gate, 15-20 minute drive to Queenscliff,
Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Tourquay, and Portarlingtong
Olive Groves and Wineries. 1 hour drive to Lorne
via the Great Ocean Road. 15-20 minute walk to
Ocean Grove Market Place shopping complex (Safeway
etc).
Osprey is a recently renovated
beach house, freshly painted inside and out,
lovely new back deck with bbq and outdoor furniture/lounge
etc. 3 good sized bedrooms, 1 with queen bed,
2nd with twin beds and third with set of bunks.
Osprey has family kitchen/dining/living area
leading to large outdoor deck, the house has
polished floors and is light and sunny with plenty
of room for the family to move. The kitchen is
fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses
and microwave and everything you need for a holiday
or week-end stay. There is also a large carport
and reverse cycle air conditioning.
Osprey is
a great family holiday destination very close
to beach – very
nice outdoor deck area for lazy summer bbq’s.

Dec/Jan Weekly $1495 pw
Feb – June weekends $400
= 2 nights
July – Dec weekends $350 = 2 nights
Feb – Nov
Weekly $550 pw
4 nights for price of 3 midweek on weekend rates.

A 25% deposit is required at time of booking,
this can be paid by credit card, internet banking,
