Orton Ocean Views, what a magic location, minutes walk to beach and shops, restaurants, supermarket, video store, and all Ocean Grove has to offer. Park your car when you arrive and walk everywhere. 15-20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington Olive Groves and Wineries. One hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

Orton Ocean Views, is an older style 4 bedroom holiday home situated on the Beach Side of Orton Street, with spectacular views from Cape Shank to Barwon Heads Bluff, views in the house can be seen standing at the kitchen sink, and from the living areas, and balcony outside living areas. The bedrooms comprise two spacious bedrooms with queen beds and two spacious bedrooms with bunk beds one with table and childrens' toys. The main bedroom has ensuite and bathrooms include shower and bath and 2 toilets. The rear deck includes bbq and outdoor seating which overlooks the water views, the front lawn which faces Orton Street has small bbq, park benches set amongst the garden, and small table and chairs, good spots for relaxing summer reading. The living areas are heated with gas wall heater, and split system heating and air conditioning. Living area as well as having expansive views, includes tv & dvd and comfortable lounge setting, kitchen/dining area has large dining table and bar stools to kitchen bench. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and glasses to cater for the most indulgent week-end or week stay.

Orton Ocean Views has plenty of room to move and is ideally set up for two families to enjoy holiday or week-end stays due to its close proximity to the water, restaurants and shopping centre;

Dec/Jan - $2995 pw
Feb – April - $1895 pw
May – Nov - $1295 pw
Week-ends = 2 or 3 nights
1/5 – 30/11 - $350 per night
1/12 – 30/4 - $400 per night
Includes all linen and beach towels
