Orchard House is in a lush rural setting with lots of space around you that engenders that wonderful feeling of being near the sea and in the country at the same time. Un-crowded and un-hurried place for lots of relaxing and a little bit of adventuring if you feel like it as there is lots of native flora and fauna near Orchard House. It is so named because of the abundance of native orchards in the region, when in season. And for the sports and fitness minded, there is the tennis court for a friendly game or a bit of a workout.
For the kids it's just a 2 minute drive to Adventure Park. Fishing or surfing? That's a 5 minute drive to Ocean Grove main beach and shops and a short drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, Portarlington Olive Groves and Wineries. One hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.
Orchard House has 4 bedrooms, main with queen bed, 2nd with double bed, 3rd with single and trundle, and 4th bedroom with single bed, there is a single couch bed in the living area for an occasional overnight guest. There are two bathrooms, two toilets including bath and shower. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, cutlery and glasses, and microwave, dishwasher and electric oven, to cater for holiday and weekend stays. Heating includes wood heater and wall heater and fans for summer days. Outdoors the yard is fenced and includes bbq and outdoor furniture and tennis court.
Orchard House is set in a bush setting, an ideal getaway for peace and quiet. Orchard house ideally accommodates two families or extended family groups.
