OIA, a marvellous modern holiday
home situated 10 -15 minute walk to main street, central
to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, and
Portarlington olive groves and wineries. 1 hour drive
to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.
OIA has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
and two large living areas. The main bedroom has
queen bed and ensuite, 2nd bedroom
has queen bed and 3rd bedroom has two sets of
bunks. There are couch beds in living areas for
those unexpected visitors...the house sleeps 8-12
people including couch beds (click-clack sofas).
The large living areas at OIA provide good living
space for two families. OIA has two tvs
and dvds, stereo, cot and high chair. The
kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave,
ample pots, crockery, cutlery, glasses, platters,
rice cooker, sandwich press, large gas stove and
oven for summer/winter entertaining. The laundry
has washing machine and dryer.
Efficient electric wall panel heating, and pedestal
fans for cooling. Outdoors there is bbq and entertaining
area, fenced yard, swingset, small cubby house,
bikes and childrens toys.....this is a great house
for family holiday breaks, or short week-end stays.
Bright, sunny, fully self contained, and excellent
holiday house accommodation.
