Ocean Lookout, a stunning villa, minutes walk to beach and shops in Ocean Grove. Park your car when you arrive and walk everywhere, Restaurants, Supermarket, Bakeries, Pub, Newsagents, Video etc. 15 – 20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, and Portarlington Olive Groves and Wineries. 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

Ocean Lookout, this modern, light, and well furnished and fitted out 4 bedroom villa has lots to offer the most fastidious holiday home tenant. Main bedroom has queen bed and ensuite, 2nd bedroom has queen bed with ensuite, 3rd bedroom is complete with trio bunk (double bed on bottom, single bed on top), 4th bedroom has 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets serve the house.

Ocean Lookout comprises split system heating and air conditioning 2 x tv’s, 2 x dvd’s, 2 x video’s, Stereo. Spacious kitchen/dining/living area leading to deck and outdoor bbq, kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, and ample crockery, cutlery, glasses and platters to cater for your every need. The laundry is fully set up with washing machine and dryer. Outdoors there are two outdoor settings seating 6 each, bbq, and ample space on decks leading from kitchen/dining/living areas, an outdoor deck leads from one of the main bedrooms upstairs for peaceful reading area or just lazing in the sun. This stunning Villa is new, modern, fully self contained with garage and ample off street parking.
