Marlin House is situated in Marlin Drive, few minutes drive to all Ocean Grove has to offer. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute drive to Safeway complex in Ocean Grove or Madeley street shops. 15-20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Torquay, Geelong, Portarlington Olive Groves and Wineries. 1 Hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

Marlin House is an immaculate property, spotless, light, sunny and fully self contained. A wonderful holiday retreat, or week-end getaway location for two couples. Complete with home gym, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms great outdoor living area, polished floor boards throughout, ducted gas heating, and split system to living areas.

The main bedroom has ensuite, tv, dvd, video and air conditioning, 2nd bedroom is double room, home gym has walker, bike, weights, ab roll, bench press, tv, dvd video, radio. The main living area has tv, dvd, video, stereo, and kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses, microwave, to ensure your stay is well catered for. Living area has extensive dvd collection for your usage. The fenced yard is well set up with bbq, paved and grassed area, and outdoor seating for 6 persons. This is a spotless property inside and out, and is an ideal holiday or week-end location for two couples.

Marlin House is also available for casual rental.
