MALKA, a delightfull holiday house in a treed garden setting – 10-15 minute walk to main street thru lovely park. 15-20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay and Portarlington Wineries and Olive Groves. 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

MALKA is a recently refurbished ranch style holiday home, verandahs stretch the length of the house, and a large back deck with bbq, table and chairs provide a great spot to sit and enjoy the summer in Barwon Heads.

MALKA Is light and sunny, and very well furnished and fitted out. There are 3 good sized bedrooms sleeping a total of 10 persons, main has queen sized bed with ensuite and walk in robe, 2nd bedroom has double bed and built in robes, third large bedroom has 3 sets of bunks and has double doors leading to back deck with pergola over, complete with summer grape vines……a delightful setting to relax and enjoy. Sleeping a total of 10 persons in comfort and style, MALKA has fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and ample crockery and cutlery to cater for a houseful, the dining/living area is complete with split system heating and air conditioning, tv, dvd, video stereo and is furnished with good quality fittings. There are two televisions in the house and two dvd’s. The yard is fully fenced and pretty gardens. MALKA is a fantastic holiday destination for two families or couples to enjoy a comfortable holiday break.

Tariff:
Weekly: 15/12 – 31/1 - $1995 per week
1st Feb – Easter $1200 per week
Easter – 15/12 $950 per week
Weekends: = 2 nights
1/5 – 15/12 - $500
15/12 – 30/4 - $600
4 nights for price of 3 midweek on week-end rates
BYO sheets and towels
Min 2 night stay at most properties

A 25% deposit is required at time of booking, this can be paid by credit card, internet banking, or cheque to our office. Balance due on check in by any of the above options, or week prior to check in by any of the above options.
