Madeley Sands is your traditional holiday house, good sized kitchen, dining, living area, 2 queen double bedrooms and 3rd bedroom with two trio bunks, there is a 2nd living area for the kids to move. One bathroom and two toilets support the 3 bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with new stove and refrigerator ensures you have the start to a great holiday. TV and DVD complete the picture.

Kitchen
Recently renovated , with new Fridge, Stove, and Microwave. To prepare food you will find an oven, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware.

Two Dining Tables - There is seating for 6 in the living room and 6 in the sunroom room.

Sleeping:
The house comprises of 3 bedrooms; 2 queensize beds. The third room has 1 double bed 1 double bunk beds, single bed and a trundel bed. This gives room for up to10 people. Bed linen and towels can be provided for your use.

2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed
3rd bedroom - Kids Room sleeps six in bunks with TV, video and Playstation2

General :
The house has 2 WCs(toilets) for your party's use and one bathroom. Polished floor boards throughout, so it's much easier to keep clean when the kids come back from the beach covered in sand. New BBQ and Outdoor settings.The rear yard is grass and is nice to play and roll around on. The front yard is a hard standing surface. It can be used for ball games or parking. There is enough room to park an 8 metre boat off street.

Smoking:
This is a non-smoking house, however there is an outside under cover area available.
Access to shops etc;

But wait! - How about this, a small shopping centre is across the road, it has a Pizza Shop, Fish and Chip Shop, Hairdressers, General Store and a DVD Shop, the only thing missing is a licenced grocer but thats only a five minute walk.
