Lawrenny Beach House a brand new family holiday home 10 – 15 minutes walk to the main street, 15-20 min drive to Queenscliff, Geelong, Pt. Lonsdale, Torquay , Portarlington Olive Groves and Wineries. One hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. Park your car when you arrive and walk everywhere, local parks, skate ramp, wild life sanctuary, tennis, etc.

Lawrenny Beach House is a very modern, recently completed (Nov 2009) 4 bedroom beach house ideal set up for couples or two families. Main bedroom is large with sitting area, tv and has queen bed and ensuite, 2nd bedroom has queen bed, 3rd and 4th bedrooms have two single beds in each all serviced by two bathrooms. The kitchen/dining/living/table tennis table area is well set up, spacious, and includes fabulous stone bench kitchen, European oven and ample crockery, cutlery, glasses, platters, microwave and dishwasher to cater for holiday stays. To keep you warm in winter and cool in summer there is split system heating and air conditioning. Living area is complete with tv, dvd, video, stereo, relaxing couches, these areas overlook decking with outdoor furniture, bbq and fully fenced yard. Lawrenny beach house is an ideal holiday destination for couples or 2 family or extended family holidays and week-end stays.

Lawrenny Beach House is spacious, new, clean and fully self contained. Close to everything, but situated in a quiet court, for peaceful summer stays.
