Having 4 bedrooms will ensure that you can sread out and get a good niight's. Sleeps 10-12 persons in comfort and style. The main bedroom has queen bed with ensuite, 2nd bedroom has queen bed, 3rd bedroom has bunks, single bed and trundle, 4th bedroom has single bed with trundle and a cot, all bedrooms are of generous size. There is a couch bed in the 2nd living area. Kool Breeze has central heating, split system air conditioning, and ceiling fans, so caters for guests all year round whatever the weather. There are two living areas, one with bar, tv, dvd, video, ipod docking station, and the kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses, microwave, dishwasher. The outdoor area seats 8-10 and has bbq for outdoor living, the yard is fully fenced.

Kool Breeze is situated in a private setting behind high front fence for the perfect all season getaway.
