Justine's Beach House, is a great holiday house located minutes walk to the Ocean Grove Hotel, Beach, Cafe Late/Lunch venue, 20 minutes drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay and Portarlington wineries and olive groves.....1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. Plus the Bus to Geelong leaves from outside the front gate.

Justine's has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. 1 queen double bedroom with tv, 2nd bedroom with two single beds, and 3rd bedroom with set of bunks also a double couch bed in the living room. The kitchen dining living area is well furnished and fitted out with new furniture and there is a fantastic deck the full length of the house with outdoor furniture, bbq set amongst shady trees....a lovely peaceful place to sit during those summer days on holiday. Justine's has good wall furnace (new) heating for winter months, and ceiling fans for summer days. There is off street parking for two-3 cars, and a fenced yard.

The living area is complete with tv, dvd, stereo, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a leisurely holiday. The laundry has washing machine.
The house has recently been renovated and painted, and all furniture, bedding and fittings are new.

A 25% deposit is required at time of booking, this can be paid by credit card, internet banking, or cheque to our office. Balance due on check in by any of the above options, or week prior to check in by any of the above options.
