by new owners who have injected new life into
the property. Comfortably sleeping 13 people,
this holiday home is a true beach house, perfect
for either a family or group of friends. The
location is the best you will find in Barwon
Heads. Take advantage of secure off street parking
for up to 4 cars to walk everywhere – only
125 metres to the Barwon Heads Hotel and 150
metres to the beach. 500 metres away is the Barwon
Heads Golf Course and you are just a short drive
from 13th Beach Golf Club. From your veranda
you will overlook the main street which houses
many restaurants, cafes and shops whilst privacy
is assured by a magnificent original Barwon Heads
pine tree in the front garden.
Honnington has 5 bedrooms – 2 x queen
doubles, 3rd with 2 single beds, 4th with single
bunk beds plus an additional single bed and 5th
with a queen double plus single plus single trundle
bed. Two bathrooms support this 5 bedroom home,
both with toilets, basins and showers. One bathroom
also has a bath.
The large kitchen has 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators
and all the utensils you need to cater for your
stay. Off the kitchen is a 2nd lounge room with
TV and electric faux log fire. The main living
area is open plan and comprises a lounge room
(with open fireplace, TV, DVD and portable stereo),
leading to a dining room with double doors opening
onto a large fully fenced veranda with ample
outdoor seating and BBQ. A large front and rear
garden surrounds the house with a garden path
that easily doubles as a cricket pitch!!
