Halibut House is a fantastic holiday home for couples or families, situated 20 minute walk to beach and shops, or few minutes in car..... 15-20 minute drive to Geelong, Torquay, Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale and Portarlington Olive Groves and Wineries. 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

Halibut House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, extensive decking, outdoor hot tub spa, fenced yard with cubby, child and dog friendly. The main bedroom has ensuite and walk in robe, and is complete with tv and dvd. The 2nd bedroom has queen bed, and 3rd bedroom has trio bunk (double on bottom, and single bed on top. Halibut House is furnished with executive furniture, log fire and ducted heating, reverse cycle air conditioning, tv, dvd, stereo. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and glasses to cater for your stay. The living area leads to deck with bbq and outdoor furniture, and the laundry is equipped with washer and dryer. There are two double couch beds in the 2nd living area so the house accommodates up to 11 persons.

Halibut House is a great location (a resort in itself) for a short week-end stay or as your annual leave retreat.

Weekly: Dec/Jan $2150 pw
Feb – April $1595 pw
May – Nov $950 pw
School Hols $1495 pw
Easter $1200 = 4 nights
Week-ends: $275 - $325 per night
4 nights for price of 3 midweek on week-end rates

Min 2 night stay at most properties
