Gretel Court is a cute 2 bedroom unit ideal for family or two couples, minutes walk to shops, restaurants, supermarket, cafe’s and beach, park your care when you arrive and walk everywhere. 15-20 minute drive to Geelong, Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Torquay, and Portarlington Olive Groves and Wineries. 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

Gretel Court has recently been painted and is clean, fresh, and fully self contained complete with garage/carport – ample off street parking. The two bedroom unit comprises one bedroom with queen bed and 2nd with trio bunk, (double bed on bottom, single bed on top). One bathroom and one toilet supports the two bedroom unit, unit has tv, dvd, video, stereo, and kitchen is well decked out with crockery, cutlery, glasses and microwave to cater for your stay. For your comfort there is electric heating and ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioning. The laundry has washing machine and dryer. Outdoors there is small yard with bbq and outdoor furniture. Gretel Court is an ideal setting for couples (2) or a family in a great location – spotless and freshly painted.
