Figtree House is so named after the large fig tree in the front of the house, a fun family holiday house, 5-10 min walk to centre of main street of Barwon Heads. 15-20 minute drive to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, and Portarlington Olive Groves and Wineries. 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road. Park your car when you arrive and walk everywhere. Childrens park close by.
Figtree House has 4 bedrooms main with queen bed, 2nd with queen bed, 3rd with two king singles, 4th bedroom has double and single bed, there are 3 spare mattresses if required for children. There are two bathrooms and two toilets in the house, including shower and bath to support the 4 bedrooms. For cooler months there is wood fire heating, the kitchen/dining/living area has tv, dvd in living area, dishwasher and microwave in kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glasses to cater for large family stays. Laundry has washing machine. The outdoor area is equipped with above ground trampoline, outdoor furniture and bbq and the yard is fenced. Figtree House is an older style holiday house with extensive renovations including new carpets, timber floor boards, large bedrooms and living areas with room to move for two families.
Figtree House is a fantastic holiday home destination for two families or couples requiring quiet accommodation within close proximity to main street, parkland, river, boat launching, walking tracks, fishing, playgrounds, and river walks. Very family friendly.
