 Dornoch is a delightfully modernised older style 4 bedroom beach house of particular interest to golfers and those wishing to play golf at any of the local golf courses, Barwon Heads, 13th Beach at Barwon Heads or The Sands at nearby Tourquay. Dornoch has an array of golf books and magazines and is conveniently located to either of the Barwon Heads Courses. Dornoch provides a great place to stay if you are exploring the golf and/or wineries at the Bellarine.
A few minutes drive to beach, shops, restaurants, golf courses, the house is spacious with room to move for all to stay. There are two queen size bedrooms, one twin bedroom and 4th bedroom with bunks and trundle, there is also a queen/double couch bed in a 2nd living area. The house is very well fitted out with gas log fire, and two reverse cycle air/cons, tv, dvd, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, dryer, bbq and outdoor setting. The yard is fully fenced. Dornoch has 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets, and a fully equipped kitchen.
