15-20 minute drive to Geelong, Queenscliff,
Pt. Lonsdale, Torquay, Portarlington Wineries
and Olive Groves. One hour drive to Lorne via
the Great Ocean Road.

House, this quaint weatherboard
cottage is hidden in a small Avenue which
leads right into the Barwon River. It has
4 bedrooms, comprising main bedroom with queen
bed, 2nd bedroom with double bed, 3rd bedroom
with single bed, and 4th bedroom with bunks,
there is also a double futon available. The
kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher
and microwave. The living area has ample seating
and is complete with tv and video. The laundry
has washing machine and clothes dryer.
Outdoors
there is bbq and outdoor furniture, and the
yard is fully fenced, there is ample off street
parking and room for boat in driveway. This is
an older style cottage which has been very well
maintained and is spotless throughout.
