Cosham House and Loft are situated close to the Barwon River, reserves, fishing, boat launching ramps and lovely river walks, 2 minutes in the car to the centre of Barwon Heads this fabulous spacious coastal house is filled with light from large windows overlooking decks and outdoor areas on two sides of the house. The House has 3 bedrooms two doubles and one twin. There is a loft, a whole first floor above the garage comprising a double and two single beds complete with own small bathroom downstairs. Cosham House and Loft accommodate 10 people with room to move and live.

Brand new fenced swimming pool just installed for your convenience.

One side of Cosham House overlooks garden and a native reserve, the kitchen and living areas open to the timber deck bbq area with large outdoor table and childrens play area. There are plenty of tables and outdoor furniture for you to lounge around and enjoy your holiday in a very peaceful setting only minutes from the hussel and bussel of the main shopping centre.

Cosham House and Loft are a great location for couples or families to share a fantastic house in a peaceful setting for a holiday break, with all the comforts of home. The House has a log fire and split system air conditioning for warmer months. The house & loft are smoke and animal free.

Note: Cosham House and Loft are only available for weekly stays.
