Cottage is settled amongst coastal flora & native
gums, the house is constructed of brick and corrugated iron
on a block size of 900 m2. The modern 3 bedroom beach house
is fully equipped and fitted out to make your holiday an enjoyable
one. The holiday house is a nice 10-12 minute walk to the
main street shops, restaurants, and all Barwon Heads has to
offer. The quiet court houses some permanent homes, but mostly
holiday homes.
Cooinda
Cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 queen size double rooms,
and 3rd bedroom with two sets of bunks. All bedding and
furniture is new, as the current owners have just purchased
the property as a Holiday House. Two bathrooms support the
bedrooms (sleeping 8) the kitchen, dining, living areas
are open plan, and are heated with log fire and electric
heating for cooler months, and ceiling fans for warmer days.
The house has polished board flooring, dishwasher, microwave,
cd player, tv, dvd, washing machine, bbq and outdoor setting,
built in robes to all bedrooms, and a double carport.
Linen
All beds are fitted with mattress covers and
pillows with pillow protectors. Doonas and
quilts provided. Doona covers provided. BYO
