Each of the four bedrooms are stylishly furnished,
the main bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom
has 2 singles and trundle bed with fold up legs,
3rd bedroom has two single beds and 4th bedroom
has queen bed with en suite. There are two bathrooms,
two toilets, two showers and one bath. The large
open plan dining and family room is complete
with reverse cycle heating and air conditioning,
LCD tv, dvd, i-pod compatible stereo and fully
equipped European kitchen with microwave and
dishwasher. 2nd living room includes a
second 40" LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with
crockery, cutlery and glasses to cater for an
enjoyable holiday or week-end stay. The laundry
is complete with washing machine and dryer. There
is a 2nd living area set up for kids, this area
has doors and windows which overlook the back
yard.
Large bi-fold doors open out from the main living
area to a large timber deck which flows seamlessly
onto the north-facing grassed lawn surrounded
by a native coastal garden. Perfect for outdoor
dining, the deck has ample seating for up to
10 people, a family bbq completes the picture,
AND an outdoor shower to wash off that sand from
the beach. The front and back yards are fully
fenced and the front fence is high, screening
the house from the street, a front porch overlooks
the front garden – a
great quiet reading area.
