Casa Rosa, elevated with views and is located a few minutes walk to Ocean Grove Shops, and 5 minute walk to beach, 20 minutes drive to Geelong, Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Torquay, and Portarlington Olive Groves and Wineries. 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

Casa Rosa is a marvellous holiday home in a great location, park the car when you arrive and walk everywhere. Furnished and fitted out in beach tones, the beach house is light, bright and offers great holiday accommodation. The two storey holiday home has views of the water and Barwon Heads Bluff, from the kitchen/dining/living areas and outdoor balcony. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and bathroom, both these bedrooms have queen beds, there is also the kitchen/dining/living area, with balcony and back area with bbq and outdoor furniture. Downstairs there is a bunk room complete with bunks, trundle and single bed, there is also a 2nd living area here with tv, and 2nd bathroom.

Casa Rosa has gas ducted heating for cooler months, and split system air conditioning, two televisions, dvd, stereo, and the kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and dishwasher, and sufficient crockery, cutlery and glasses to cater for your stay. The laundry has washing machine and dryer. The house accommodates 8 persons in comfort and style.

Casa Rosa can be rented as a two bedroom apartment (upstairs) catering for two couples, or as a fully self contained holiday home catering for two families using the two levels.

Weekly Feb – Nov – whole house $950 - $1495 pw
Week-ends $300 - $350 per night
Option 2: 2 bedroom Apt. Suitable for two couples
Week-ends all year $250 per night
Weekly (excludes Dec/Jan) $750 - $1295 pw
4 nights for price of 3 midweek on weekend rates.
