Bush Paradise by the Sea has 4 bedrooms and an extra single bed in the utilities room. Main bedroom has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has queen bed, 3rd bedroom has double bed, and 4th bedroom has two sets of bunks (sleeping 4) sleeping total of 10-11 persons in comfort and style......... There are 3 bathrooms which include bath, shower and spa, and 3 toilets to support the bedrooms. The Kitchen/Dining/Living area includes tv, dvd, video, stereo, and the brand new kitchen is fully equipped with, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, and glasses to cater for the most fastidious cooks on holiday. There is a 2nd living area set up as games room with pool table and extensive games. Split system heating and air conditioning to both living areas, and wood log fire to main living area.
Outdoors there is ample parking for cars, boats
etc, a gated back yard, 1.3 acre's of
spacious grounds in beautiful bush setting adjacent
to 40 acres of parkland, good for bird watching,
secluded outdoor bbq with furniture and above
ground pool with decking, play facilities for
children with trampoline and boogie boards. Fantastic
location for family holidays, a fully self contained
holiday retreat. Ocean Grove brand new swimming
pool complex is just a few minutes walk – great
family fun here, with toddler wading pools thru
to adult lap pools and more.
