Bonny Grove – A Modern two storey two bedroom townhouse, minutes walk to pub, beach, coffee. 20 minute drive to Pt. Lonsdale, Queenscliff, Geelong, Tourquay, Portarlington Wineries and Olive Groves, and one hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.

Bonny Grove can accommodate 1-2 families in comfort and style. There are two large bedrooms, one with queen double bed, and 2nd large bedroom with two trio bunks, (double bed on bottom and single bed on top) sleeping a total of 8 persons. (There are also two foam mattresses in wardrobe for an odd overnight guest). There is central heating, split system air conditioning.

Living/Dining area is fully set up with tv, dvd, stereo, and good quality furnishings. There is one bathroom, spa, 2 toilets, and outdoor shower with hot and cold water. A modern fully fitted kitchen is set up for a work free holiday break, with microwave, dishwasher, gas hot plates, toaster and sandwich maker. A lovely outdoor area with bbq and outdoor setting completes the picture.

20/12 – 31/1 - $1395 pw
Easter = 4 nights $800
Feb – Easter weekly $850 pw
After Easter to 20/12 outside school holidays $650 pw
School Holidays $850 pw
Week-ends = 2 nights
1/5 – 1/12 - $400
1/12 – 30/4 - $460
4 nights for price of 3 midweek on w/end rates

Minimum 2 night booking for all properties

A 25% deposit is required at time of booking, this can be paid by credit card, internet banking, or cheque to our office. Balance due on check in by any of the above options or week prior to check in by any of the above options. Please call our office on 03 5254 3263 for arrangements.
